Foundations of Yogic Philosophy: A 20-Hour YTT

Go beyond the poses and into the heart of yoga.

This 20-hour foundational course offers a rich introduction to the roots of yogic philosophy, inviting you to explore yoga as a holistic way of life—not just a physical practice. Guided by Rebecca Moore - Wellbeing Expert and Author, and Nikita Desai - Yoga Teacher & Author. You'll gain insight into yoga’s origins, core texts, ethical principles, and the four traditional paths, all while receiving practical tools for integrating ancient wisdom into your everyday life.

Delivered through two immersive in-person days and supported by a self-paced study workbook, this course is designed for curious, committed practitioners ready to deepen their understanding of yoga in a grounded, embodied, and culturally respectful way.
