Our founder
Nikita Desai currently facilitates all online and in-person offerings. She is a highly sought after yoga practitioner, educator and author who is passionate about promoting the traditions and benefits of authentic yoga to the modern yoga space. As a leading voice on this topic, Nikita has worked with companies from TikTok HQ and BBC to ITV. She has also worked with brands such as Nike and Pangaia. Desai regularly runs workshops globally both online and at festivals.
