Are you ready to release emotional blockages, heal past trauma, and transform your relationship with your body?

In this transformative 5-week course, you will embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery through the power of authentic yoga practices. The course is designed to guide you in releasing stuck emotions and trauma stored within your body, while cultivating emotional resilience and mindfulness. Through traditional yoga techniques, including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and personalized guidance, you will learn to reconnect with your body and release what no longer serves you.

What You Will Learn:

How to Release Stuck Emotions: Understand where emotions are stored in the body and how yoga can help you clear emotional blockages.
Trauma-Informed Yoga Practices: Use specific asanas and pranayama techniques that are designed to release tension from the body, especially in areas that commonly hold emotional pain (hips, heart, shoulders).
The Mind-Body Connection: Cultivate awareness of the mind-body connection and learn how to use yoga to heal emotionally and physically.
